A/C tracer dye, noisy compressor? She may be ready to expire. Clean up the mess to trace where the source is. Have you ever had the system repaired or recharged? Overcharging will set off the pressure valve on the compressor and spray some oil/dye mix out.
in this compressor , oil inside compressor is mixed with refrigerant? Or is it two separate compartment e holding Freon and other holding compressor oi?

Dye is in the compressor oil (PAG) to identify a leak in the system. You obviously have a leaking compressor. Not a separate thing, it's a combination with the 134a refrigerant. It will eventually leak out and quit blowing cold. Dye is added to the system from new build. You should be shopping for a new compressor replacement.

Speaking from my 40yr commercial AC tech background . Chances are the compressor will come labelled as to if it needs oil or not and the type required .
However once you have installed the compressor how will you pressure test , properly evacuate and recharge the system with the correct amount of refrigerant .
This is not a DIY job and if done incorrectly that 800$ compressor will by a 2$ paperweight .
There is no label on the compressor talking about oil.
i have a friend with all the tool required to do the job. He had done it on one of his truck before. He has built planes and he thinks we can do it.
vtagrlvr if you can give us some specific pointers would appreciate it. If it turns out we can’t do it properly I can install new compressor and then take the car to one of CAR AC shop and they can do the process of filling refrigerant properly ?
one can drive the car Short distance after new AC COMPRESSOR. as long as we don’t use AC correct?
If the AC is still working then chances are it still has some refrigerant in the system . That needs to be recovered before you change the compressor , you cant just vent it to atmosphere .
You need recovery equipment , dry nitrogen, the correct oil and amount , a vacuum pump capable of pulling less than 250 microns , refrigerant gauge manifolds and the knowledge of how to use all the equipment .
A/C compressor comes with oil if new from Denso. Reman unit may not. Most guides tell you to drain oil from old compressor, measure. Then drain and refill new compressor with same amount that was removed. Also you should be replacing the receiver dryer at the same time. Oil description is on the tag ND-8 which is Nippon Denso's term for PAG 46 common oil for 134a. Compressor fill amount is 80ml so around 3oz mark. I would make certain it has at least 3oz before fitting. Should have a bolt in the middle of the housing to add or check oil.
