V8 Vantage S suspension

I bought a 2011 V8 Vantage S this past summer and it rides a little stiffer around town than I'd like it to be. Sorry, I've tried searching for suspension info and haven't really found clear answers anywhere.

Does the S have a stiffer suspension than than the base Vantage? Is the S suspension the same as the Sport pack?

Would changing to the base suspension given me what I'm looking for (smoother ride around town)? What components would need to be changed?

Would putting in something like Bamford Rose's adjustable suspension give me the best of both worlds? (or would that be what I have now, and stiffer?) I assume retrofitting the V12VS adaptive suspension isn't really an option.

Thanks for the help. Here's a picture of my car as partial payment...

I belive the S suspension is same as the sport pack. I switched to progressive springs from Velocity AP and the difference was amazing. Noticibaly a lot smoother + it looks a lot better lowered.

I’ve long been considering and doing nothing. Changed the tires this year.

springs from Velocity or coil overs from Red pants?

trying to do exactly what you have done and smooth out the ride quality on an S

Sorry to resurrect this. Those that went with the VAP springs, was that with the stock shocks/dampers? Or did you change those out too?

I'm worried about lowering the vehicle (I have a tendency to scrape things and.. carbon fiber) and VAP suggested their adjustable shocks to go with the springs... but the shocks are 4x the price of the springs... OUCH!
