I have OEM ones and its hard to imagine that Aston has messed up so many installations not knowing their own torque value. But my plan is to silicone seal all house/lens meeting surfaces and then be careful with tightening.

Can you imagine what the dealer would charge for new tail lights with a one year warranty. You could probably by 2 or 3 sets for the same cost and install yourself.

Yea I did not even bother asking them after they charged my friend over 3800 for a coolant hose replacement.

I have a half-baked idea. Drill two inconspicuous holes. On one side, a screened intake that routes air through a desiccant canister and a check valve. On the other side a small brushless DC fan and another check valve to extract damp air.

Maybe it could be powered by the aft fusebox, via some completely unused fuse location... hmmm...

Must investigate further.

You have got my attention! Do it! Once my new tail lights arrive, I will be messing around with different ideas with my defective one. 1st goal is to figure out how to fix the PCM board and see how easy it is. 2nd goal is to figure out how to vent this taillight.
