Nice driving “patina”. It surprises me how many Astons do not get used enough (IMO). I’ve also concluded after 61/2 years of ownership that working on an Aston not only adds to my appreciation of the car, but also lessens any stress about enjoying some mileage whenever possible.

The Rapide is my primary all year round car. I have winter wheels. I am at my parents' house and it's been raining for three days in a row. I've been here a couple of weeks. The longest the car has ever been outside. I am believer in driving the cars! I washed it once while here, but the pollen has been brutal.

Awesome...I’ve always been tempted by a Rapide. And I totally sympathize on the pollen. Tree pollen is the scourge of mankind here in Charlotte!

There are no places on my parents' driveway to escape stuff falling from the trees. Car is too long to fit into their garage. When I get home, I'll vacuum up stuff that fell around the windshield wiper arms.

Good on you, cars are for using and enjoying.

Using is not abusing as some my think. Trophies are boring.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to address the bunny.

As for driving: yeah... I've put 6600 miles on mine in less than two years. Cars like these are too good to sit in a garage.

That was the one totally digging the car, but I forgot to mention directly in my initial post!
