P250D oil level sensor stuck high fault

That error code is puzzling. It’s on a 2009 DBS.
I took off the undertray and there is no sensor in the oil pan so what’s that error about?

The only thing I can think of is the car software was updated wrongly by the dealer. There are V12 with the oil level sensor and others without it seems. Anyone ever come across something like this? Any suggestion how to get rid of P250D error code?

thanks,
F.
