PJK is infamous around these parts
clear plastic stone guard removal

My 2009 Vantage has the clear plastic stone guard in front of the rear wheels to protect the paint near the door. It is all scratched, but the paint is good underneath. I've tried getting it off, but it is only coming off in 1/8" pieces... any tips on how to safely and quickly remove it? I've tried heating it up a bit, but I'm concerned about overheating it.

Thanks!!
