Seeing how it's a safety item, I would definitely have it inspected as it could be something simple or a complete replacement.

Drive solo. I don't think a replacement, but belt mechanism may have to taken out to remedy.

somehow one of my seatbelt straps got turned halfway around and then got wound back inside the holder and hid there, making it difficult to dispense and retract the belt. i ended up pulling it all the way out and noticed that it had been twisted. so it untwisted it as and forced it back into the dispenser. ...THAT fixed it.

This issue exactly happed to me on my former Porsche... I ended up pulling the whole belt out as well... It was also twisted in the little slot on the buckle as well.
Very well couold be easy fix. I do not know if Aston has Pretensioners. I've never felt them when I drive it hard, but mine is a 2009
