Does Aston issue TSB's like major car manufacturers do? I had the check engine light go on in by 2018 DB11 recently. I took it to the dealer who said it was a "known issue" that the software needed to be updated to fix this issue. The dealer wanted to charge $600 to do this (even though the car is under an extended factory warranty).
Ridiculous, any chance you can get to another dealer? I'd start with some emails to some higher ups. Dud you buy it from them? If it was known why wasn't it addressed beforehand. It definitely doesn't take multiple hours to do software. Extended contracts usually do not pay for known issues or TSB because it should be part of the procedure before selling it. Contact General manager of where you purchased the car/contract. And AM corporate to have it known and documented your not satisfied with client services.
