bulb Failure dipped beam but lights are working fine.

Hi, today i got the second message in a month about 'Bulb failure dipped beam' but the lights are working fine and the message goes away when i restart the car.

I'm thinking either a bad connection or a ballast going bad. Is there a way to check which side it is, i have the foxwell scanner. if i know which side i can switch the ballasts and see if the issue switches sides with it.

I was playing around today and i found 2 light related messages:
-B0D06 Right brake lamp circuit open
-B0A09 Right low beam circuit open <-- this looks like the cause of the message. Reading live data it does not show any issue. Voltages left and right are the same.

I guess i need to wait until the problem is more consistent to find this issue, but the message is really annoying.

Have you tried clearing the codes with a Foxwell or other scanner?
