Infotainment has become corrupt

Hi All,

MY2016 V8 Vantage with the AMI II Infotainment system (lifted from Vanquish).
It had the latest version flashed a while ago and it's been perfect. However, yesterday I was at a car event (giving rides for charity) and I was starting the car every 40 mins or so to do short laps round the local town. About half way through the day I started the car and the Infotainment screen failed to come up. I had no audio and it wouldn't switch on. The haptic buttons would pulse ok, but no button would do anything to bring up the screen.

I lifted the screen manually and it shows "Failed to create process! Error 00000002" and this remains on the screen.

There are a couple of things that might be linked to this happening.
1. On the journey up to the event I selected the Nav and for a second or two the screen went black and rather than giving me the map it seemed to flicker and then give me an Aston Martin emblem and reboot. Not sure if this is linked to the Garmin module?
2. Immediately before I noticed the problem I went to start the car. As I pushed the ECU my finger bent slightly and the ECU lifted and only gave the car a short crank. I reinserted the key and it started fine. Probably a red herring.

I've tried disconnecting/reconnecting the battery and just locking the car overnight in case it resets. It still just shows this error and I think the Infotainment software has become corrupt.

Long shot, but has anyone seen this?
Is there a way to reset this in some way or is this going to be a dealer reflash or independent solution like Aston installations?

Any advice really appreciated. Thanks!
