Oil Additive?

I noticed that the last oil change done on my 2014 Vantage S included a "G001770A2 Multi-purpose Additive for OTT". I would have asked about the necessity of this had I noticed it at the time but I didn't. Since I plan on doing my own oil changes from here on, is this something I should continue to use?

whoa... if you google that additive, it's a fuel injector cleaner/ additive... not for the oil system.

No doubt the dealer added to the gas tank.

I did see that but thought I wasn't getting the right search results. It was listed with the other materials for the oil change so I figured it was associated with that. Now I know! Thanks!

My Suggestion ias that is you are new to Aston martin and not that familiar with service, read plenty of info on this site and look at lots of videos. Redpants.lol is a good place to start on DIY videoa
