All Things Maintenance (1-2-7 Year Schedule)

Hey Everyone, Back at it with another timelapse maintenance video. Hope this helps someone out.

I've owned my 2013 4.7L V8 Vantage for about a year. The original owner has been very clockwork about his maintenance schedule, and I was lucky to reach out to him to have him release all of his records to me. From the time he bought the car in 2013 until the day he sold it to me, he has serviced this car every July. I figured I would keep up with it. I took his records and created a spreadsheet to see what was done and compared it to the maintenance schedule. Shocker, everything that was supposed to be done was done. So I just kept up with the, "what's next" part. Made another video timelapse with some tips and tricks to conducting your own maintenance. Hope this helps someone out.

Most of the maintenance items were picked up from Richard at www.redpants.lol Go check him out for parts you need.
There are a few videos and write-ups of how-tos, but every different perspective helps. I'm more of a visual learner so hopefully, this will help someone out.

Thank you, very well done. I enjoy doing what service I can on my own car. It really beats the $2000 - $3000 per year dealer service charges.

Nice hope this video helps. I am also in that boat where I only have 17k on the clock but 7 years old. I believe the service interval is 7 years or 70K. Best of Luck.

Thanks. Agreed! I get some sort of satisfaction by doing it myself, but I get to learn about the car so that I can troubleshoot the large issues one day.

I hope you do coolant someday. I did mine last year, but maybe got a little more than a gallon out of it. I bought about 10 L of the Motul when I heard they would stop selling it in the USA.

Yes, Coolant will be coming up along with the thermostat replacement. Makes sense to do those at the same time as you will lose a lot of coolant when replacing the thermostat. I never heard Motul will stop selling in the US. Damn better stock up as well. I had 30L and now down to 20L.

Yes the Motul Inugel Optimal Ultra seems hard to find. I only see from foreign distributors online. But if you have 20L that should last you for years.
