Vantage rear wheel arch liners removal

Hi all! So I need to access the vacuum pump for the exhaust. Had a look today, and saw a combo of screws ans rivets. 06 model. So do you drill out the rivets? And if so, what should I replace them with?

Cheers
Jørgen

Mine is a 2015 so might be different, but no rivets to drill. Just screws, rivets may be holding parts to the liners, but not the car itself. It's been quite awhile, but I would not drill any rivets.

Definiately no need to drill anything. Just a few philips screws and a couple of torx fixings, and one 'scrivet' (a plastic screw) on the subframe and then the liner can be pulled out. The rivets hold the heat shield to the liner, and don't need removing as it all comes away as one piece.
