I already have a thread open with lots of photos of my 2013 V8 Vantage Coupe 4.7 Sportshift II, but I just wanted to start this new thread so we can specifically appreciate this wonderful Deep Purple leather upholstery tone. I don't think there are many out there in this color and, honestly, I find it more beautiful and special every day. I'm posting this in case anyone is unsure about configuring theirs in this tone, because I truly think it looks fantastic.

 

 

I heard there was a Ritchie Blackmore special edition.

 

Absolutely beautiful, love that color. I wish more people had speced interesting colors like this, certainly makes the car feel more special (which it is!).

 

i like interesting interior colors, but it needs to work with the exterior. So, how about an exterior shot with a door open?

Do you have the build sheet of that car, I am sure the interior color is not called Deep Purple but rather "Iron Ore" early model year or "Black Cherry" in the case of my 2009 V8 Vantage.

Just the lighting, I am sure it's 100% the same and like you very rare and very nice with Meteorite Silver

I wonder how many hides they normally stock of that color or do they ask for them to made when they get an order?

 

When I check with Bridge of Weir Leather they told me that they didn't have any stock of that color and you needed to order at least 8 hides for them to go ahead and produce them, so I decided against that.

 

I've seen Deep Purple, Iron Ore and Black Cherry. Each is different.
