Foxwell NT530 O2 sensor mapping

Hello,
Has anyone mapped out or does anyone have the mapping of the individual senors to the Foxwell "EMS Cylinder 12 (bank 1)" and "EMS Cylinder 12 (bank 2)" fault codes?
I am starting to get a repeat on "EMS Cylinder 12 (bank 2)", code O2 sensor Bank 2, Sensor 1.
If i was to guess, my guess would be Cyl 10-11-12 Upstream

Here's an example i what I'm trying to get together
EMS bank 1 “Code bank 1 sensor 1” Cyl 1-2-3 Upstream
EMS bank 1 “Code bank 1 sensor 2” Cyl 1-2-3 Downstream
EMS bank 1 “Code bank 2 sensor 1” Cyl 4-5-6 Upstream
EMS bank 1 “Code bank 2 sensor 2” Cyl 4-5-6 Downstream
etc...

Thanks in advance

Don't mind the "cylinder 12" message. It really just means "12 cylinder."

EMS-P - Bank 1 - Cyl 1-3
EMS-P - Bank 2 - Cyl 4-6
EMS-S - Bank 1 - Cyl 7-9
EMS-S - Bank 2 - Cyl 10-12

Then you have upstream and downstream sensors for each bank.

Thanks,
Then do you think this is correct?

EMS-P bank 1 “Fault Code = bank 1 sensor 1” = Cyl 1-2-3 Upstream
EMS-P bank 1 “Fault Code = bank 1 sensor 2” = Cyl 1-2-3 Downstream
EMS-P bank 1 “Fault Code = bank 2 sensor 1” = Cyl 4-5-6 Upstream
EMS-P bank 1 “Fault Code = bank 2 sensor 2” = Cyl 4-5-6 Downstream

EMS-S bank 2 “Fault Code = bank 1 sensor 1” = Cyl 7-8-9 Upstream
EMS-S bank 2 “Fault Code = bank 1 sensor 2” = Cyl 7-8-9 Downstream
EMS-S bank 2 “Fault Code = bank 2 sensor 1” = Cyl 10-11-12 Upstream
EMS-S bank 2 “Fault Code = bank 2 sensor 2” = Cyl 10-11-12 Downstream

EMS-P and EMS-S infer bank 1 and 2 of the overall engine. Primary is 1 or right-side and secondary is 2 or left side. Sticking to EMS-P or S and think of the banks as the groups of three keeps it much clearer in my head.

i.e. Secondary EMS bank 2 = Cyl 10-11-12.

and, yes... Sensor 1 for upstream and 2 for downstream.

For me, someone in the past installed a down stream delphi O2 sensor on Cyl 10-11-12 Upstream, Cyl 7-8-9 Upstream had the OEM sensor.
Over the coarse of 6 months Cyl 10-11-12 Upstream got worse where it was triggering a check emission light too many times - Code P0150.
I just recently replaced both with a new matched pair, only a few miles on them so really too early to report but monitoring of the live data looks good.

Which sensor did you use for replacement? OEM or after market?

Aftermarket.
I looked all over, knowing the Ford DY1401 is recommended for both locations, but I have not been able to find any cross-reference for the DY1401 to a upper location.
Even Rockauto shows DY1402 for upper and DY1401 for down stream on the Crown Vic or F150.
So I was able to find a direct cross-reference for the Ford XC2F-9F472-B1A to a Delphi ES20104.
I used a pair of the Delphi ES20104, the wire harness length was a perfect fit.

What I pulled out was a Ford XC2F-9F472-B1A and a Delphi ES20014 (cross-referenced as a down stream sensor).

I was looking into the live data on my Foxwell NT710 while running my drive cycles to clear the Catalyst Monitor, but I could find only 4 data lines for the O2 sensors:
- Bank 1 Sensor 1
- Bank 1 Sensor 2
- Bank 2 Sensor 1
- Bank 2 Sensor 2
Is the Foxwell "averaging" the signals from the sensors pair, or is there another way to look at the 8 sensors?

You'll need the Aston Martin program for the Foxwell so it can talk to both ECUs. What you're seeing right now is very likely the primary ECU which is itself divided into two banks. 1 and 2 for cylinders 1-3 and 4-6, respectively.
