I had to lay down to see. The car's on those winter tire pads, you know, the ones that Aston Martin Sells for $1600, but you get the same thing on Amazon for $44, so it sits about an inch higher off the floor. I was able to get my 73 year old body contorted enough. I'm not mechanical so if I can do it, that says something.

Another update on the ZL1 Jack Pads

I installed the rear pad this morning as I had to find a longer bolt (now that they know they will ship with the longer one), see below. Unscrew existing bolt, screw in pad. The entire process took less than a minute on the rear, and the front uses an existing hole, so another 30 seconds. So I was curious as I still have my 2011 V8 Vantage to see if those mounting points were the same as my 2016 V12S... they are NOT! Obviously I was their first sale, at least on the V12S, so no instructions other than a facetime which was very effective. So please be aware that this experience and method may not work with your V8 Vantage, and you may have to facetime them. Maybe the newer than 2011 had a change in design, just be aware that just because it worked for me it might not work for you. Aston makes changes year to year. I learned this when I switch to my Bamboo ski slope, that there are year differences, and that the glass buttons I upgraded are not universal year to year. The V8 Vantage exhaust from 2011 is different than 2010, 2011 and beyond you can do 2nd CAT delete, not before. Those sort of things. Luckily Aston Martin Bits exchanged to the correct parts no issues, just something to be aware of.

For those not familiar with these, I bought mine from HSM Precision for my DB9. Very nice product, pricier than the ones in this thread but originated by one of our forum members.
