For the Carputer, one is power on/off, the second is ign/direct battery power, and the red button is the reset. Used to be under the steering column but was having issues with the wires getting pinched everytime I had to drop down the panel to get to anything. Blew a few fuses and got sick of recrimping the wires so I moved them to a more managable place even if it doesnt look the best
