im going tomorrow to place an order for r8 v10.

few tips i would like help with.

i think i heard audi does customization like porsche. is it true that i can get paint color totally unique like porsches paint to sample opinion?

what about the stitching inside can i get it custom colors?
can i get alcantara steering wheel?

if not im going with
-r-tronic
-sepang blue pearl
-pale grey nappa with alcantara seat
-black alcantara roof

what u guys think?

Good luck with this car. I think you can get whatever color you want, but it takes longer depending on what you want (non-Audi colors vs. Audi non-R8 color vs. Audi R8 color, etc.). I'd recommend you look and spend some time in an Audi with limestone gray interior. I have it in my car, and I love how it mixes it up inside and creates a contrast, but it gets dirty REALLY easily. Especially the floor mats. I personally wish I had done black.

I think you'll get the car at MSRP, unless you're asking for custom colors. And I don't think Audi would get you an alacantara steering wheel.

If you go to AudiUSA headquarters in Virgina you can see all of the color and leather options in person. The dealers only have a catalog. This is a cheap trip to get what you want.

I switched my floor mats to black after driving it for two weeks. It was a cheap $200 at the dealer. I have not had any other issues with the limestone grey. If the V10 does not come standard with the Carbon engine, interior and side-blades I would recommend it. I would make sure that your car has the new NAV and AMI system. This is the only thing I would change on my car. If it is possible to upgrade to the new NAV/AMI I will do it.

try to get better lookin wheels than the R8 V10 offers. I don't like those stock wheels imo

im sorry guys that didnt get to order it yet.. wednesday is the big day.. im happy to hear some new color combos before next wednesday.. car will get here in 4-5 months.
i have been looking at audi exclusive. they have killer colors for inside and outside. it will be spricey. but so is the car anyways.
