Well, if you ask Jeremy Clarkson, he would say RS4. "It's biblically good!"

 

Very easy. The RS4 ,it looks better and its got more power. The best AUDI right now (am thinking of replacing my CLS55 with the RS4). Your best bet would be to take a test of both.

 

Test drive them both as suggested. I just got my wife the S6. It is an awsome car. We didn't test drive the RS4 (she can't drive a stick) but we did test drive the S4 twice. It was a sporty fun to drive car but she felt it just wasn't big enough or quite as polished as the S6. She was looking more for a Lux/sport sedan so she decided on the S6. I think if you want more sport than lux you will ended up in the RS4. If I didn't have a modded TT Porshe 996 I would be driving an RS4 myself. Good luck in you quest.

 

You're comparing two completely different cars.

The S6 is a fast, yet comfortable limousine, the RS4 is a true sports sedan with it's high-revving engine and manual gearbox.

Only take the RS4 if the price is right, since the new A4 has been released and an RS5 won't take that long.

 

You wanna have fun, get the RS4

RS4 definitely has the fun factor. I wish the interior was like the S5. Looks too much like my B6 S4 interior so I'm a little tired of that look.

I love the interior of the S6 - but it's so big overall that it isn't as fun as the RS4.

 

If you are selling the M6 than a RS4 when not a S6.

 

RS4 easy, the S6 doesn't have that "something special" when u look at it. RS4 has more presence
