Hi, sorry to ask this question, but are you dead set on this price?
The reason i'm asking is that this car isn't a turbo, it's a 993..and on top of that it has a considerable amount of miles on it..
I mean, just for comparison sake..
Kevinw23 is selling his 2002 911 Turbo Coupe for 59,000$ and it has 14,000 Miles on it

What would make me want to choose your car over say his, besides the collector status of a 993?
Sorry, i'm just interested..

Zlatko - the short and simple answer is that these cars with produced in limited numbers, are among the most desirable Porsches of the last two decades, and have held their value far better than the 996s. If you're looking for sheer performance, sure, a 996 turbo is a better buy. If you're moved by the last of the air cooled Porsches, and like me, prefer the wide bodied 993 look, 993s are worth the coin.
The going rate for these cars is from $40-60K depending on condition, records, mileage, and service history.
JV - good luck with the sale.

Well said too!! Dont want to offend anyone, but 996's are a dime a dozen. 993 Turbo's are priced $20k over a newer 996 turbo. Supply and demand dictate the price and the 993's are already in collectors hands.
Lastly, the C2S and C4S are the most desirable 993's and command a premium over the narrow body 993's.

Anyways,
Beautiful car! The 993 is my favorite body style.

I agree. The 993 might be the best exterior design of all 911s (with respect to looks)...especially over the 996 model. Although the 996 is a much better car to drive with respect to performance characteristics and handling. The 996's suspension geometry is more advanced than the 993, but what keeps the 993 ahead of the 996 is it's pure sex appeal and limited production.

I'd say at least 20k over. 996 turbos can be had in the mid-upper 40k range all day long, whereas a good 993 turbo now fetches close to 80k. I disliked the 996 headlights as much as the next guy, but on the 996 turbo and C4S it was still absolutely stunning with the widebody, but I guess the 997 really stole buyers away.
I'm still fighting to decide between a 996 turbo or a 997S. I just can't decide between power vs. styling.

Thanks for all of the positive replies, I had it for sale last year, PPI was passed with flying colors, and I took it off the market--so act fast before I change my mind again and put up my 2002 Spa Yellow NSX for sale instead.
