FOR SALE - HRE 19" wheels

I am looking ot sell my HRE 542R wheels.
The specs are as follows:
Fronts are 8.5x19 with 235/35 ZR19 (808 revs per mile), 1" lip
Rears are 11x19 with 295/30 ZR19 (805 revs per mile), 3" lip
The tires are Continental Sport Contact 2 all around.
The rims are finished in silver paint with clearcoat and have the black and white HRE logo center caps.
The tires have about 3000 miles on them...
The are in great condition with no curb rash!!
E-mail me if interested.
Note: these will only fit widebody 993 and 996 cars!!

Please forgive my ignorance, but doesn't having wheels that turn at different rates mess up your transmission? I mean the 3 rev/mile difference between front and rear won't cause a problem in an all wheel drive car?

I think the OEM approved tires are off even more than that.

Michelin front 235/40-18 = 821 revs (or 235/30-18 = 816 revs) v. rear 295/30-18 at 832 revs.

C4C - I think the tolerance is 1.4% or so (that is what the factory tires are!!) - on my Contis the difference is far less than 1% so it is not a problem...

My bad also, I correct the above post and get it wrong myself. I have been looking at getting a CL500 sport and their fronts are 245/45/18, so I had that 45 in my head. Anyway thanks for clarification.

Tim,

PM Msindi, he has a really good price on them. I just can't get myself to buy much of anything now since I am storing my car for winter in like a week or two or three hopefully
