*Story: I've been getting quite a few PM's regarding this car. Please allow me to explain:

I was stationed with a fellow US Marine in a few locations, and my family became close friends with her. Prior to her service, she was heavily interested in classic cars. While in Iraq, she found this 1967 RS and purchased, with the intention of doing a full restoration. After we've both transitioned out of the military, we found ourselves co-located again, and she has not had time to work on the car. I would love to purchase this car for myself, but the wife has placed a restriction on this. It is up for sale, but the owner/seller does not want to be involved with the transaction (a large part of this has to do with the fact that she does not really want to part with the car).

I can relay any questions you may have to her, and I hope to get your responses in a timely fashion.

There is no rust, regarding the chassis, just some surface discoloration (not visible).

Yes. She, the owner, wants this car to go to a good home (because it's number matching, she doesn't want to go to somebody who will part out).

My wife just drove it from GA to NC. The light covers open automatically, but need to be closed manually. There are a few things that need to be worked on, but it runs well as is.
