Reason for sale: UPGRADE! For sale is a 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera 6 speed manual in White/Black, 997.2 345HP DFI engine, 24.5k miles, under factory warranty until June 2013, under Porsche factory CPO warranty until June 2015 or 100k miles. I am 2nd owner and bought in November 2011 from a local Porsche dealer as a CPO (certified pre-owned car). Car is 100% SoCal car. Car is garaged always and regularly detailed. I got caught in the rain ONCE. Car had 15k miles when I got it, I've put less than 10k using mostly as a weekend driver. CPO is 100% transferable to new private owners. Have records of all maintenance from dealer. Have CarFax and AutoCheck (see below). Car has had absolutely no body or paint work done while I have owned it, see note below! Car does not burn ANY oil. Also at the bottom of the list of pictures is an inspection report from House Automotive from March 2013.

Before the car was CPO, the dealership I bought it from did the following: 2 new front tires (they match to rear, N-rated Pirelli), brake flush, oil and filter, new wiper blades, scratch repair I mention below, detail. I have done the 3 year service in November 2012. Next service is due in about 6 months, the 4 year service. (Oil, filter, cabin filter, air filters, wiper blades, spark plugs, brake flush). All service campaigns have been done as of last service. High pressure fuel pump replaced and clutch switch replaced under warranty service campaigns.

Known Issues - These are all cosmetic, there are no known mechanical issues at all:
--Car did have some minor paintwork on the right rear fender due to a parking lot scratch. This was done by the dealer before I bought the car. They showed me the work order and it was only paint, NO BODY WORK. I had my detail guy check it out and he said it was done very well.
--Car has a very tiny stone chip on the passenger door, near the mirror with a tiny ding from a stone. My painless dent guy said he couldn't get to it to push it out and due to spot would be hard to pull out with glue puller. I left it and it hasn't bothered me.
--There is some normal stone marks behind the rear wheels, on the bumper (inside edge).
--There is a very small scratch on the lower rear valence, lower part of rear bumper from some road debris. I put a little touch up paint and you cannot see it unless up very close
--A couple little nicks and marks on the interior, very minor, normal wear
--A couple very very small stone marks on the front bumper, really not at all noticeable unless detailing car
--Minor scrapes on lower part of front bumper, not the painted part, the black part

I'm keeping the mods on the car and including the original parts with the sale. I have ALL original parts: corner markers, badge, springs, exhaust, exhaust tips, wheels - carrera II S 19", shift ****, shift kit, air filters (new), and steering wheel and you will receive with the car.

--BBS CH-R 19" wheels in black - purchased from, mounted and balanced by Wheel Enhancement in Culver City
--H&R springs with alignment (about 1" drop) installed by Wheel Enhancement
--AWE cat-back (smog legal) exhaust with center muffler delete (sounds fantastic, doesn't drone) installed by Wheel Enhancement
--AWE black-chrome exhaust tips
--AWE S-FLO air filters, less than 5k miles on these
--Custom OEM steering wheel, recovered by Dallas Steering Wheel, installed by Wheel Enhancement
--Porsche OEM short shift kit installed by House Automotive
--Porsche OEM turbo shift ****/boot installed by House Automotive
--Clear corner markers (factory OEM)
--Black side stone guards (factory oem)
--911 rear badge in black (factory oem)
--Light window tint

Car has not been tracked that I know of, and car has not had any engine or ecu work done. I had the dealer pull the warranty and repair claims prior to my purchase and this was a "no stories" car. Super clean, car runs great and runs strong. Pink slip in hand. Car located in Los Angeles county.
