It is a stock lip painted in arctic silver. For reference only, take a look at this link and picture the lip in arctic silver.

It is a 996 C4S lip professionally painted arctic silver. It will also fit a 996 turbo, it is shaped a little differently relative to the stock 996tt lip and gives you a bit more clearance.
