F.S. Techart Lowering Springs for 996
F.S. Techart Lowering Springs for 996
***SOLD***
These were removed from my 2002 996 C4S and replaced with some PSS9's...
They offered a great ride in my opinion but I wanted adjustability for different wheels that are going on the car soon... They looked awesome with their lowered ride height.
These should fit all 996 C4's and C4S's (may fit cabrio too-check with your installer or specialist as I'm getting conflicting info) with a 6 speed tranny (there seems to be a different set for Tip's???) They retail for about $600, typically are sold for about $525. I'm selling these for $250.
I am located in Southern California (Santa Monica) and work in Culver City near LAX if you would like to pick them up. I can also ship these at the buyer's espense and they are already boxed up...

It's a little bit stiffer than stock but it wasn't horrible at all. There is always a trade off... If you can, try and take a ride in one if there are any around. I've been driving lowered cars since I was 16 so this wasn't an issue for me. Also, given how low it takes the car, it still felt amazingly comfortable compared to other lowered cars that I've been in! German engineering at its finest I guess!
Speedplay, I'm still not sure exactly which wheels I'll be getting but most likely the BBS RS GT's in diamond black on this car...
These are still available and will be put on ebay soon... If anybody wants to make a fair offer, I'm open...just want to get rid of them! I'll drop my asking price to $225 OBO.
