Uhhhh...what language is this?

Actually I believe a large number of people are/would be interested in objective data regarding dB, backpressure, harmonics, etc. The data by manufacturers/dealers is not only limited, but measurement uncertainty is seldom accounted for.

Today, most folks rely on someone's subjective assessment of an exhaust's performance, sound, drone, etc....LOL

 

Uhhhh....show me that other language brought up with exhaust testing on other threads ..

Given that one's perception of what constitutes a "good" sound and acceptable level of drone is subjective I'm not sure how you capture this sort of data objectively. I had very specific ideas of what was a "good" sounding exhaust. But it's pretty clear from my exhaustive reading that I did prior to choosing my exhaust system that what I liked as a sound is not what some other people liked.

ummm no i dont want to restate anything. i wasnt selling exhaust through T3 or anyone else. it was a local shop who wanted to make an X on my car that i PAID for. yes the X design in combination with intercoolers made gains over my old small cargraphic at mid to high 600whp power levels. I did lose some midrange tq. if i knew what i know now i would have asked them to make my X differently and enjoyed even bigger gains. We live and we learn ( well some of us do and some others like you don't)

your stupidity is endless. i do not sell my exhaust for 3.5k. i paid a $113$ each for 4 resonators which are there take down drone no emissions lol. yes the cost of one small budget resonator was almost as much as both of your catalytic converters and i can assure you they were MUCH better quality lol. you paid $3.5k for an exhaust with crappy 75$ chinese cats that are used on a bunch of 250$ eBay exhaust systems. why do you think real manufacturers bother paying 300-400$ EACH for an HJS cat? probably so they can make less money on their system? you just dont get it.

 

So you are not upset over the quality of the cats or the price or the country of manufacture? You just butt hurt over what then? You didn't buy one - he sells them for less than any other manufacturer. So what exactly is you point? You obviously use inexpensive, foreign parts.

I have had my exhaust for over 3 years and it has been flawless! I track my car and beat the crap out of it on the street and LOVE the 911tuning exhaust and get a ton of compliments on it. It is still shiny which amazes me.

So yeah, I DON'T GET IT cause there isn't a point to your rant. Back to my original statement - you have a beef with Markski and try to discredit him for no reason other than the beef.
