I purchased these assuming they were Audi (5x112) fitment. When I went to put them on, they didn't fit (they are actually 5x130). Apparently, the seller made a mistake and won't accept returns.

I called John at CCW to find out more information and this is what I gathered.
Two are 18x8.5 et40-45 (both mounted on Hoosier A6 285/30 tires)
Two are 18x9 et45 (one mounted on Hoosier A6 and one unmounted)

From this information, we deduced that I was sold four front wheels.

All four wheels are in good shape. One or two have minor scratches on the face from being stored. There are no curb marks or dents.

I want $1500 for the set of four. You can use them as spares or experiment.

I am located in the Sacramento/Davis area in California.

I can ship them, if the buyer pays.
