I bought some struts from Scuderia Parts and delivery was quite acceptable. I would only OEM ones even if aftermarket are "better".

i bought a whole set from rich at redpants...i replaced the hood and trunk a while ago...OEM correct was good and these are visible, so I liked the Aston Martin logo and part number... the door struts I just replaced and it makes a significant difference... my wife likes riding in the car... while I usually open the car door for her (I'm from that era) when I pull into the garage, there's not enough room to open, so she gets out and
complains the door falls on her (which it does!)

I had considered going after market on those, and getting a higher weight capacity, but the OEM ones just fine...

OE one's are not much more. Just did door struts on a friend's DB9 they were around $40 each. You need to make sure the pressure is close to the OEM ones. The spec. is printed on the cylinder as well as the date of manufacturer.

AstonCarma is infamous around these parts
This was a repair that I didn't mind buying OEM for since they were so affordable, so I ordered from AstonMartinBits.com. Price was very reasonable.

OEMs are pretty crap in my experience. They last like 5 to 10 years max. I would try anything before I replace with OEM again.

Got these for my 07 Vantage . Just need to swap the ends for the old ones as they are less bulbous and fit better . But the gas struts themselves are fine .
