still the problem is not solved
next week i will get the ross tech - anyone can tell me how to diagnose and reset/callibrate seat memory with vcds pls?
and additional question - is there any audio signal that position was memorized? should i hear ani chime? or if this is configurable thru ross tech too then question how to turn this chime ?
and final question - it may be correlated with the memory seat problem or not - so asking what is the valid behaviour of the handle on the seat to get to the back? when i will move it up? should the seat go fwd to ease go in to back? will that work obly when i keep the handle up? or once it will be moved up and released the procedure of moving fwd will go automatically?
what about moving back ? why asking - i niticed that one time it went automatically fwd when i moved the handle up and keep this handle in up position other time ir was not working? i also dont know what should be the valid behaviour of this 2 fwd/back arrow buttona on the side or the seat? moves only when i keep them pushing? or they can be pushed only once and released abd the seat will move fwd/bckwd automatically to its limit position?

ok so i played with vcds - the callibration failed and now i dont have any reaction to positioning the seat (drv) in any angle manually
can anyone tell me what address - what module - should i run in vcds to trigger different motors of the drv seat just to position it in a right setting for me?

Don’t know about the software settings, did once have that happen when the seat back did not fully lock when reclining the seat forward for rear seat entry could not move the seat at all. Had no warning in the dash that seat was not locked.
probably a long shot but make sure your seat back is fully tilted back and fully locked in - may not be even though it looks like it is.

Should an output test fail start at that seat function to trace out.... maybe electrical , a drive motor or controller?
Think twice before throwing parts at it.
