Absolute best battery?

My car is dead from sitting too long, I need to change out the battery because it isn't holding a charge as long as it used to, mostly because I let it go totally flat for six weeks due to reasons.

Part number and link to the best Bentley battery I can buy? Do I go AGM?

I have Duracell H8 AGMs (Sam's Club) in all of my cars. I have 6 cars that take H8 lol so I've bought 6 of them, and they have all performed very well.

I had a DieHard (not H8, not AGM) in my Corvette and it completely died in 8 months. Yes 8 months. Under warranty but still

So I buy a Duracell H8, what is the size of the other battery?

H5

However that one is only used as the Starter battery. It could be in a completely different shape. I'd buy a load tester (or get it load tested) before throwing money at a replacement, it may be perfectly fine

They're changing both of mine out at FMU currently, preventatively. I think it's a real bizatch piece of labor to do that.

What batteries are they putting in? Do you know the specific? I'm going to have them do the exact same thing in a week or two.

Invoice says H-5 AGM (680 CCA) and H-8 AGM (900 CCA).

I also had a leaky radiator so they're changing that out. And doing some small stuff.

I don't know about the H5 battery but there's nothing about the main H8 battery that is difficult to change at all. Same process as any battery swap really. Maybe even easier as it isn't really sunken like most batteries. Doubt the H5 is any different its just on the other side.

I once had a shop tell me the battery is difficult to swap on another car because it's under the rear seats. Then a few years later I discover that "under the rear seats" means you give the rear seat cushion an upward tug and look at that, there's the battery. Shops are so full of stories.

I never replaced the batteries on the Bentley. I figured it was just like doing a Phaeton, and I've had a few service peeps complain over the years how challenging it was for some reason....maybe it's easier.

Getting easier to get an appt at FMU. The lady told me they lost 3 techs to competitors and were really shorthanded for a while. I think the guy you liked is working on my car now.
