Okay perfect. I will do that, i have done a smoke test before on a gt so do have the know how. Just to get a machine again. Anyway i doubt the secondary filters have ever been done. Could that be a cause?

Worth checking the secondary filters. I removed mine and cleaned with compressed air. I doubt the filters are the issue. For now you may want to do a "readiness test" on your RT scanner. There you can see if the secondary injection is a pass or fail. I don't this problem is affecting performance. The car might not pass an emissions test thought.

I also see exhaust temp sensor fault code that be related. Emissions we dont worry in my country

Not related. This you will want to fix. The exhaust temperature sensor is a safety sensor. When the turbo boost is high and hot the sensor(s) ensure that the exhaust temperature doesn't exceed certain conditions and damage the engine. The exhaust temperature sensor can send the ECU a message to adjust maping accordingly.
