Windows stopped working after disconnecting battery?

Hi all,

After disconnecting and reconnecting my batteries, all windows stopped working. I know that you have to initialize but when I press the windows switches in all four seats (driver, passenger, rears), the window doesn't come up

Action Taken:
1. Disconnected & Reconnected both batteries while all windows are down
2. Remove driver door trim panel & disconnected & reconnected all plugs
3. Attempted window initialization
4. Driver door is open (my trim panel is off so I can't close my door; I just need to raise the window to remove the interior panel)

Symptoms:

1. I hear relay click when window down is pressed but no sound when window up is pressed.
2. Tried all four switches in driver seat and other seats; same thing.
3. I tried it with both in ACC and with engine running.

Any idea?

EDIT:

Found the solution. FYI to others who might run into this issue, the door has to be fully closed to roll up the window.
