I am not 100% that the beeping comes only from the mids, and or the tweeters, before you cut anything can you test the PDC with the stock amp plugged in to verify just where the beeping comes from ?
Wait a minute, you didn't have rear tweets, so it must come from the rear mids for the read PDC, but check all anyway.
You are 100% right the first time the PDC beeps come from the mids ...

Do you know the depth for each speaker, I need to order a set, I have the tweeters & installed the fronts, I need the max depth ... Bass front, Bass Rear, Mid Front & Mid Rear ...
I have an idea for the PDC Beeps, for the rear Im going to install Coaxial speakers but not use the twitters as Im installing the rear tweeters at the points I mentioned in my earlier post. I can re wire the Coaxial so I only use the speaker and the crossover to drive the external tweeters & use the tweeter on the main speaker for the PDC beeps at the rear, then just wire up the tweeters from the 23 & 24 plugs, saves installing extra speakers. Still thinking re the fronts ...

All I would have is the mids and tweets at home to measure, all the door speakers were gone from my vehicle when I got it, and I swapped the doors inner panels as complete units, so I never did any measuring.

You're getting your speakers all mixed up ...

Ive tried looking for a side mirror control switch, need the **** from it. Anyone got an old switch that doesn't work need the **** from it.

And I need this button, its the N.S.F. seat control. this button has disappeared, don't really want to replace the hole unit if I can just get a button from a unit which isn't working. Again would be happy to pay for the button & postage ...
Ok today I removed the front door panel, to measure the depth (clearance) from front of the speaker to the rear avoiding the window, Front Bass speaker 7cm & the Rear Bass 9cm. This includes the spacer on the rear bass which is 4.3 cm. Now I can buy the right size speakers, The 6x9 I will have to make a surround to take a 16cm component speaker. I'll upload pics once the surround are made.
