Is it possible to code the first Gen GT?

I looked online and couldn’t find anything and sure as hell didn’t want to go messing around with VCDS and foul some stuff up. But is it possible to code our cars to our liking? I have a 750Li and I got it where if I hold the lock button on the remote it will raise the windows, close the sunroof and fold in the mirrors. Opposite if I hold the unlock button. And if I hold the trunk button it will open and close the trunk/boot. I would love to atleast have my mirrors fold in when locking it.

Hello Mr TJ ... where you been all week ...
Are you talking about the Bentley mirrors if so Ive been looking at this for some months now, Johnny did give me a contact on the Audi forum but the chap never got back to me, Im talking to an Alarm guy here about alarm modules & see if I can load or change the firmware, I did this on my late wife Merc when pressing the fob everything closed, sunroof, all the windows, mirrors, locked the boot & the bonnet didn't have to hold it down just one press ... I'll keep you posted unless you find something first ...
As it stands on the Bentleys if one holds the button down on the fob when locking and any or all the windows are open it will close all the windows but one has to hold the button down until closed ... Really never understood why Bentley never incorporated that feature as standard as some of the lower end of the spectrum cars have this as standard ...

Hey Mr. Rico. I’ve been around, working and doing essays and research papers for school. I really hope you find a way. I hate when I forget to pull them in when I’m out somewhere. Less chance of them getting nicked.

I tried the phaeton/a8 coding for the 'convenience key' for the key fob and didn't work for me on the Bentley, although did previously work on my old A6 (long gone 4.2) and Q7, opening or closing all windows and sunroofs. Turning the key and holding works, but I think it did that before the recode. Posted a while ago on the ross-tech forum and no-one seemed to know there either on how to get it going for the key fob.

Well I took the challenge. Loaned my vcds out so using a generic VAS scanner was able to get the car to chirp when locking and unlocking. Than there was the adaptation option of closing windows with key fob. This adaptation was specifically for Audi and Volkswagen. When trying that adaptation it did not work on my Bentley. Curious indeed that Bentley didn't integrate the convenience of key fob windows close / mirrors fold? More than likely the newer models have this feature?

If you hold the top button down on the fob when locking the car which also sets the Alarm this will also close any windows that are open, you must hold the button down while the windows close fully, this is a standard feature on most vehicles ...

Sadly not on mine. Held all the buttons for a bit, windows stayed down😓. As for my other vehicles they all perform the function of windows close when pressing the lock fob button.

Oh ok ... all these functions are controlled via the alarm module, Im looking at a Bentley module to see if it can be re programmed to do all these functions by just pressing the fob once.

Also as I can press & hold the button on the fob to close the windows I can also open them all.
Im going to or try to program the alarm module so it performs these functions, but some may not want the windows to close as like my friend Mr BWings lives in a place which is 500*c Lol ... & may want to set the alarm but leave the window/s open so the heat doesn't melt the inside of the car ...

I'll give you a joke, I was in the middle east some years ago in the peak heat season had slippers on, I took one off & put my foot on the tarmac & the words that came out of my mouth were not appropriate, never mind boiling an egg you can cook a small animal ...

Back to the problem, let me work on this & hopefully have 2 programs available one to have total closer & one part. If the Bentley module can't be re programmed then I'll see if another can be incorporated into the system ...

Thanks for the effort!

So I just went out and tried on mines, I got nothing.
I’m thinking we should try to get an approximate on what year they implemented this function so that if Mr. Rico can get his hands on one of the yrs it was first added, he can better go forward with his experiment.

I have a:
2006 GT with the Mulliner package.
