2009 Bentley Continental GTC intermittent headlight

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble with a 2009 Bentley Continental GTC

The passenger headlight (outer light) seems to be kind of intermittent as in when I start the vehicle the passenger headlight will be illuminated for only a few moments before dying out then illuminating again the process repeats probably 3 times before totally giving out however if I was to manually turn off the headlamps then turn them back on the process will again repeat.

any help will be greatly appreciated as I am looking for any alternative to removing the bumper and fender however I feel as it will need to happen please help. Thank you all in advance.

i also forgot to mention that I am getting a message in the display that says “Please Check Lights”

I have an 09 and mine did the same thing. It ended up being the bulb.

The passenger side is harder than the drivers but can be done without removing the bumper. You must remove the water tank and fish your hand in there.

I apologize for all the questions but what bulbs did you go with as there’s quite a few options. Best regards.

I went to Audi and got a D2S bulb. You can find a D2S bulb at auto zone.
