Yes, I did a thorough search using several keywords including vacuum.
Lots of thread and posts. As you drill down, its easy to get lost. Nonetheless, I did see the post you referred to as pictures seem to address the driver side (pump side).
I must have missed his comments on the passenger side. Thanks again.
Are you trying a fix few inches behind the passenger wheel well? Please elaborate in more detail what is the scope of the project?
Remove the hand hole cover near the pressure sensor and brass tee from what I see in the above photographs. Someone has done work there...not the original configuration. [You don't need to remove the inner plastic wheel liners].
Than remove the hand hole cover on the driver's side.
Next disconnect the outter tie rods from the steering rack.
Next remove the steering rack outter bolts... one in each wheel well. Leave the third bolt alone...very frustrating to remove #3.
Now move the passenger side of the rack over to gain limiter acess to do what I believe you are trying to do. The above process is not going to work if attempting redoing all the lines.
No problem. There is a small 4 inch cover where the vacuum line passes into the steering rack space. The bolt securing it is called a triple square...car parts stores or "Amebay" sells the tool kit as a set.

By the way I omitted one thing. There is an aluminum heat shield below the steering rack. One shield on each side. Remove the 10mm nut on each shield. Now you can pull them out. This than allows access to the steering rack bolts.
