Issues with my new (to me) 2006 Bentley Continental Flying Spur

I recently got a 2006 bentley continental flying spur. The car is great, only 34k kilometers, and i used it for about a month with not many issues but later it died within 5 days of sitting in the garage. Electronics stopped working but i can use the key to start the car. So i checked the batteries only to find out that the previous owner put in wrong batteries (non agm, local batteries) so i put new ones from Varta (60 and 95ah).

After the install, there seem to be a few issues that have come up:
1. The idle is rough when i start but eventually gets back to normal (maybe the computer re-learning so im not worried about it too much)
2. The centre screen turns off and comes back on about twice or thrice and then stays on.
3. The car runs really well when accelerating, it goes all the way to the redline, even 200km/h+. However, when accelerating hard from standstill, the car instantly just shuts off. All the electronics stay on, and i cant even turn the ignition off with the button. I need to put the key in to turn the ignition off, put the car back into P and then turn it back on and it fires right back up.

The third issue is what’s bothering me and im worried what might be the issue. The battery is tight and all the connectors are ok, nothing seems to be loose. Even checked the screen cable on the right hand side in the boot and those were tight as well.

Is this a known issue? What could be the potential fixes?
My country doesn’t have many cars like these so there are very few mechanics who know how to work on these. If there are any workarounds that can be done at home, that would be preferred but i am ok with getting it to the mechanic if really needed.
