E46 M3 a dated car?
I just sold my E46 M3. The new owner picked it up last Saturday and drove it back to NYC.
It was and is a great car. I will miss it.
I don't feel the car is dated.
The M3 was replaced by an E28 M5 and a Subaru wagon.
I am happy with the change. I have wanted an E28 M5 since before they were made. As superior as the E46 M3 is in every objective category, the old M5 is my choice. It is a true classic.

The E46 m3 will be a classic, but yes it is getting dated, not yet but it is. Every car does eventually, but I still think its one of the best looking cars on the road. Everytime I see my car in the garage or if I see another M3 I def am impressed. Also, I get a lot of looks on my car, and its mostly stock, with OEM BMW wheels!

333HP, 0-60 of 4.4 Seconds. I don't even think the new Generation EVO and STI, and any of those cars will be able to beat that. That's another 4 years this car will be on top on the streets. Keep in mind, the M3 was made in 1999. 1999 Technology and still the best Performance and looks.
