Which one would you rather own, if money wasn't an issue...

and I would like unbaised answers ( kinda unfair since i m asking in a boxster forum , huh? )

Both great cars with more in common than might be obvious. I went with the 996, because I'm a coupe guy. But it was hard to deny the mid engine placement of the 986.

Had 'em both. At the same time. No disrespect to my larger brethren. I liked the 986 S better. Old news to those of you that have been around for awhile.
