I got to the see a Cayman R in person today at Paul Miller Porsche in Parsippany, NJ. They had the green and I have to say it was an awesome looking car. They nearly got me out of my GT3 to get it, 76k and Car and Driver gave at amazing review.

 

i have also sat in one. the fit and finish is superb. you feel like you're hard-wired to it; no slack whatsoever. saw a white one and a green one - i prefer the white, even the green was very nice too. the dimensions are just perfection, imo.

 

Sticker price out here Love the car as well!

 

Local dealer told me the one they have is the only one they are getting. I don't think there are many. I really like the green, it was the launch color.

 

yeah i know...$170k + out here. $80k in the u.s.

it is a very beautiful car.

 

I test drove the r, its great and handles well but the sticker price is insane, id opt for a preowned gt3

 

Saw the green color one at the dealer over here and looks amazing.

 

I test drove the Cayman R on an AX circuit and have to say that it was a lot of fun. The feel of the car was awesome. I still love my 997.1 GT3, but this was a great Plan B.
