Top Problem...help please

The motion of my top is rather jerky going up on the driver's side. Anyone ever see this before? I'm hoping I can fix it before it becomes a real problem and kills my top. Thanks guys

I actually have the same problem on a 11/1998 Boxster.

I heard it's a screw that's not tight enough .. but you can't reach it. Should you find something more usefull, please share it.
