I not only run them, I herd them.

IIRC, the secondary cats are removed as they were a part of the OEM mufflers. Anyone feel free to correct me if that isn't the case.

thanks for the video, i'm sure its the fact that it is a video, but it does not appear to sound very much different from a stock car, except for the slight high pitched tone during hard acceleration in 1st and 2nd gear.

I would love for that ferrari like high pitched noise, is that type of noise prevalent? could you describe how it sounds?

thanks

it is a night & day difference; you're right, the video doesn't do it justice.

Sounds great to me. Any recommendation for a retailer to purchase? How much?

Nice vid.

bought mine from a local shop here, GMG (hey look at that, they're a board sponser). Price was consummate with market prices for comparable exhaust systems. Wasn't the cheapest system, and it wasn't the most expensive.

Again, sounds awesome.

Are the tips interchangable? For example, do they offer their own tips, or use with the stock tips? I love the look of the Milltek, but the sound of the Tubi definitely has the upper hand.

Just great noise...seems very loud too!
I like it cause it still has the original Porsche sound but much louder.
Awesome man!

I didn't inquire as to whether or not Tubi offered their own tips. I kind of like the OEM look, but actually want the OEM tips polished. Do you have a link to the Milltek tips?

I've heard it in person & wow...sounds great. A bit loud but sounds fantastic. PC speakers don't do it justice. The one I saw & heard re-used the oem exhaust tips. A saleswoman at Boardwalk Porsche (Plano, Tx) had it on her car.

You can't put milltek tips on the tubi system, but you can use other tips that will fit the oem style exit. I like the stealth look of the stock tips personally. That is what I have on my car, Tubi+stock tips. That is just the sound of the tubi mufflers and the factory exhaust manifolds. It does sound amazing.
