There is an intercooler for this set up but not one on the supercharger, i was only running 4 lbs of boost with the sc.
Is there a scale of some sort where you can convert how the psi into a % of extra air that's being forced into the engine? I hope that makes sense.

Say when you ran 4psi on your sc set-up it was forcing 20% more air.

Yes, I wrote a forced induction simulator years ago, still on my site here:

Gary,

Do you know the model number on the turbos? Seems to me that if you are only running 6 psig, then they should be spooling to full boost much sooner than 3000 RPM (that's where my single T04E-50 spins up on a 2.3 motor, and it's way big for the motor, good for 450-550 HP).

I agree with you, we played with a few parameters to get the spool up faster but ran out of time before I needed the car back on the road, in a few months I can take the car off the road again and at that time we are going to figure out what its not spooling up faster.

I am under the impression that the turbo is made by Garret and is a custom design.

Boost starts being produced around 2300 and is full boost between 2800 and 3100.
