For those in AB that drive their P-cars in the winter. Do you guys have a block heater that you use to "pre-heat" the engine? Also how's the fuel economy drop compared to the spring/fall?

No block heater.
Fuel economy drops to around 300km/tank from around 450km/tank in the summer

REFLUX - How do you find cold start w/o having a block heater? (i.e. if you're out in an area w/o heated parking or covered parking?).

Anyone upgrade their batteries to a higher CCA as well?

Come out to some of the meets and introduce yourself to people. Build some relationships with the owners of these cars and I'm sure some of them would entertain the idea of a shoot.

If meets from this board have shown me one thing, it's that all car guys/girls are the same. Even the ones that own cars that cost 10X as much as mine.

If it's been sitting overnight outside and the temps drop to around -30C, it cranks SUPER slow for the first few turns and then catches. My battery isn't in top notch condition (got drained once) so your mileage may vary.

Outdoor parking at -20C or so, it cranks slower but nothing to raise an eyebrow about.

Is that the stick shift V8 Cayenne? Good taste if so, that's the only one I'd have.
