$675 for alignment??

4 wheel alignment at my dealer = $675...SERIOUSLY!?

Porsche is insane..i realize it IS a porsche an all & you pay a premium to own these cars but lets be serious....how do they charge $750 for maintenence and $675 for wheel alignment...

Could a regular tire shop do these cars?

I give my specs to Sears or Mavis, both uses the same Hunter machines that the dealer uses...and charges around $100

I paid $145 to have my new tires mounted, balanced, and 4 wheel alignment at the same place that the dealer takes its cars and charges $300 just for alignment.

Sick! I go to a local performance shop for my Audi and its $130! Which is probably the highest I heard, but I pay because everyone else looks LOSTTTTT when they see my car with adjustable bushings and control arms etc. Plus my car wont make it on any old alignment rack.. But 675, I woulda laughed at them.

That is the craziest price I have ever heard of for a alignment, I agree with NYSpeedracer84 anybody who has a current Hunter Machine can do it for you.

I just had my car aligned earlier this week for $63 on a this cool Hunter machine: http://www.hunter.com/pub/product/al...679T/index.htm

Too bad the monkey turning the wrench managed to shear TWO bolts on my front left suspension mount while adjusting camber. Tighten too much?!

lmao!!! I thought only our porsche dealer is charging for alignment only. I was asked to pay $250. I thought it should be free considering they should be looking out for safety of their customers not profiting everytime!!!
