Well, the level seemed to be low and I added oil to the max level, however now when I check, I see that it's above the max limit for some reason, maybe it got mixed with gasoline and other stuff because of the way the engine runs...

Depends on how much is "too much", but it would probably be best to remove the excess oil. Nothing good can come from it. The best thing that can happen is nothing. (A Yahoo! search gave a few results mentioning that seals can be ruined, can negatively change the oil pressure etc.) I wouldnt take a chance.

P.S. I doubt oil and gas got mixed up, otherwise you have an even bigger problem. Oil and gasoline shouldn't be mixing in the engine.

it will not mix with your gas inside the engine. unless you also added gas into your engine...

I dont have a Cayenne, but I would assume it is the same with any gasoline engine.

Do you have a copy of the Cayenne manual, where you can scan the page possibly that states gasoline will mix with the oil. (Im not a mechanic, and dont claim to know much about cars, but my understanding was that the oil you put in your engine doesnt mix with gasoline in the engine)

Or a page number in the manual would help.. I couldn't find it, thanks in advance.

not to sounds like an a$$, but WTF is so funny about that? Everyone makes mistakes. The OP may have put an bit too much oil when topping up, but I don't see anything funny about his warranty being voided.

Nothing is voided, I was just a little bit above the limit and somehow my car burned it and now i'm in the limit. I wish Enilder's warranty gets voided for some reason and we'll laugh at him that day. I will scan the manual tonight.
