Okay, if I understood you correct, your car is stopping constantly, you can't idle your car. Correct? If so, then according to my past experiences, there are three possibilities.
First and the strongest one is the air quality sensors made by Bosch that can be found at the air intakes. Open the engine hood and voila, they are in front of you. You'll need to replace them. There are two, and each are around 300 bucks. Before buying the new ones, make sure you test it with a friend's cayenne. Also, you can test it just by unplugging them and starting the vehicle without air quality sensors. They are easy to unplug.
Any model year and any model will work (V6,S,Turbo, all the same) for borrowing. You can also test it with Mercedes-Benz air quality sensors. All made by Bosch.
Second possibility (Also strong): Bad induction coils, replace the coils and try again.
If you can move the vehicle after starting, then probably bad coils since the air quality sensor will not let you take off, but in some cases, it will, so it's better to test both cases.
