New product lowering module
To be honest Big E - I wouldn't buy a damn thing from him if he paid me. He has made his bed here and he has to lay in it. There is no return for this guy with me and I am sure a few others feel that way.
He is not innovative as much as a scammer and a liar. He lied about his product, he lied to me when he spoke on the phone and as far as I know cheated Bill out of $600 dollars. For free I can draw out what you need to do to get the same effect. I was trying to create something inexpensive to so the same thing but it would require an ECU and for $1600 you can get one so why bother. I would not save anyone that much money from creating one to do what has already been done. I do not need to re-invent the wheel.
Good luck with your decision and I hope that you have success but I am sure that his soured reputation here is not welcomed at least by me.
Tell him next time that there are no 07 Turbo-S Cayennes when he wants to talk shop. If you own it you should know what year you drive. It wasn't once but three times that he said 07 and his friends were driving it on the track and its GREAT! I smell the BS on that one from a mile away. He also says he and techs worked very hard to get the errors removed, etc. Yeah right - another LIE.
Then he told Bill he woud return it and or working on a solution for his errors. Another LIE!
Boy how many chances should we give this joker?
If you want to do a simple method what would end up at the same result as this "MODULE" then you can disable the sensor to the air unit from below your passenger seat. It is a brown/yellow wire that has a male/female connector. Fish for it as it is right by the compressor. Disconnect them and it will let you ride around at the lowest setting. What you get will be a warning, the ride height indicator will be present and will not go away. Meaning you cannot get to main menu functions from the stalk on the steering wheel.
You can easily get an on/off switch to engage and disengage from Radio Shack or but a button from Porshe that can do the same thing and fit it into the area where you control the vents behind the "Porsche" plate above your ashtray.
That solution would cost you $0.00 dollars and or a switch for $10-30 bucks.
At least with that you know what you are getting.

To the person or persons who ran to Tyrone(Solo-Technologies) and informed him of my posts. Don't be a child.
Why was Bill3547 banned? Did he lie about the money he did not get returned by Solo?
Also Tyrone if you read this or one of your buddies who promotes your product without you being a sponsor. Don't call me - I will call you.
Do not make it more than it is. I do not like your product and the way it was represented. It will be a he said/she said thing of what you and I discuss and the words electronic was used. It does not integrate electronically but it does work mechanically. By working mechanically you overide the electronic feature of auto-rising from the control module. It is still a NON-ELECTRONIC PIECE! It is a piece of plastic with NO ELECTRONIC COMPONENT ON IT.
I am not confused as to what I said and what I asked you. I know more than you think I do about electronics.
Good luck on your product as I do not care if you make a dollar or a million on it. Just don't call me seeking to clarify your product with me. I do not wish to engage in conversation with you. Also become a sponsor if you are representing your own products or at least use a vendor to push it.

I am new here but have been watching this closely. It seems to me that Alpine might be a little rough for some of you. But you certainly cannot ignore his point and he seems to be looking out for all of us!!!!!
I will try out your suggestion Alpine- probably over Holiday break – thx

Yes it will works the same way. Drop your car to loading level and pull the plug. You can wire a switch to place in an open slot on the vent controls behind the Porsche Cover that flips up and down. That way you can enable/disable as your leisure. I tried to find a better solution but it would have cost just as much as the solutions out there for the $1500-$2500 which was an ECU.
I was able to lower my car 25mm more with some reprogramming but it doesn't stick. The system wants to right the wrong and gave me 10mm. The other alternative would have been a GTS module to get the 20mm lower but that would have cost the same as a lowering module. All it does it controls the voltage signals raise or lower the car to your height. The H&R lowering module has 4 tweaks which sends signal to the ECU telling it to raise or lower to your height settings. It is voltage regulated from what I was told.
The lowering module is nice and it does the right job but for the most part I am not sure if you want to ride around in that setting all the time. It can be a little rough.
The only way I see that I could ride around all day in the lowered setting would be to use a coilover system such as the KWV3 in which you can control the compression/rebound to give you an almost normal ride lowered.
Oh well
Its a cheap alternative that works for the looks. The ride is not too bad.
With the lowering links it will slam the SUV so you have to be careful of the settings on the links or it will not give enough room for compression. This on a flat/smooth road is incredible and the handling is just amazing but it will beat the snot out of you on anything that is less than perfect roads. I raised mine up due to that but it was fun.

hey guys, Im back on
Tyrone did actually call me and offer my money back.
my only issue is, are there any other lowering modules/devices that will let you go from being slammed to normal height in minutes?
i was going to get my money back and buy a renntech, but i think once its lowered thats it, im stuck.

Techart is the best buy imo.. it lowers by itself when you turn ignition off.. then it has an higher offroad setting as well..
not sure how renntech works I thought it was was the same as the others..
Adjustable airride is same as the links..
is it possible to adjust the level sensor on the suspensions? for example, if we move the level sensor to a little bit down, the level control module will think that it reached normal level when it actually is at loading level...
