Canberk - the swing arm pivots on ball joints. It is a fixed length plastic arm. The upper is attached to a fixed ball on the frame and the lower part of the link attaches to a swing arm which moves up and down to a sensor that regulates the voltage to raise or lower the car to auto-level. The adjustable lowering links as you lengthen the link you lower the car. You have to adjust until you get an inbetween comfort/lower and harsh/lowest. It is a fine tweak to get it in between. To get it as low as I have my car you have to use loading level/adjustable links because the links will not take it that low. With just the lowering links set to the lowest and in normal height mode the ride is too harsh for anything. It will knock your teeth out and will bounce like a low rider without springs/shocks.

I had it tweaked down to 25mm more than normal at normal mode from a tech friend and it would not accept the settings. It would raise itself up about 15mm from the settings giving me a 10mm effect only on one side and 15mm on the other. So I have to get back in and have it reset back to normal because it is uneven and the system thinks its normal so I have a side that is higher than the other.

I have played around with it more than most and once it got cold here I am hibernating.

Riding on loading level is great but it can get bouncy at times but is liveable. My only problem is that I have no functionality on the cluster menu when put in loading level. I will install a switch over the next couple weeks to turn it off and on from a porsche OEM switch. I will place the switch in behind the porsche flip down plate. I might get another up/down vent switch button to activate it.

Keep in mind when you pull the wires it will let you lower the suv down to the loading level and stay there. But while the car is still on you can't just plug it back and it will clear the error. You will have to turn off and then the car back on to reset the error and it will clear and you are back to normal.

It works for my needs as I would not have it at the loading level with people in the car as it is too rough for them on bad dips in the road. Even in comfort mode.

It was a no cost mod so I am not complaining

Are you going to wire in a relay? You might want to post the wiring schematics for the switch since I know everyone is going to ask anyway and want to know how to wire in the switch. I may do this since xmas is here, if you beat me to it so be it heheh

Pct2005 - of course they will ask. VULTURES!! I TELL YA VULTURES!!

Yes I will wire in a relay. I will ask what a porsche switch will run. behind the porsche flip down panel there is the center vent with the up and down arrows to the left. I might get a set of them and wire it up/on and down/off on the right side. It should light up as well.

Should be an easy wire/toggle.

his reponse to my email-----------------------------

I’ve been using the module on my car as a prototype for the last 18 months and have attended a number of track days
@ Thunderhill/Laguna Seca and Infineon. You will be astonished at the handling capability of our vehicles while in the
“loading level” at speed. It’s truly awesome! I will have our newest shipment of modules in by next Wed. the 24th
and I will overnight your module so you can enjoy the fun for yourself.

we're doing great here. This is a forum, not a tech board. We're here to discuss. And all the things that we write here are relevant to the topic

Who is 6SpeedOnline anyways? Just a registered user?

6speedonline any relevance to the subject? I guess we would be all in trouble for the GTR and Turbo debates since they have swing from Rings Times, to Magazine reviews, to 1/4 mile drag times, and it goes on. Do not kill the reason for these boards and if you are part of the 6speedonline team then I would denote such in your title. You are a user to me and until you prove you are a moderator, an admin or part of the IB team do not suggest that we move a good subject to another topic.

Are you protecting the lowering module reseller who is not part of your sponsors? Wouldn't that be against the posting up your item for sale without being a sponsor? Or is it okay for me and other to start GB's and product whoring for companies without approval or sponsorship?

This whole censorship has gotten out of hand. We are adults and if we want to jab at holes in people's product to reveal the truth then this board and others are MADE FOR JUST THAT. To help the community grow.

Lately it has been about censorship. Calling someone out or putting a little humor into a thread is not allowed since it is called an insult.

Explain to us in detail why this thread should go down?

It didn't start out a technical thread and it helped others not get ripped off by a product that was misrepresented. I did not see the IB team help Bill get his money back by asking Alex or Wagon(what ever his name was - he disappeared - GO WONDER!) to help out since they were the initial buyers.

IB has stepped in the past so why not this time?

Still seems relevant to me.
Is 6speedonline in control of the thread or a registered user with that name?

i think this forum needs some moderators. this 6speedonline guy seemed to be just a regular user who was smart enough to register the 6speedonline name, which the administrator should've reserved long time ago
