I also wouldn't send anything out of US without a proper wire transfer. There are many fraud activities going on these days. Also, why don't you wire them the money instead of complaining here?

I didn't intend to complain anyone guys. The reason I'd prefer the Paypal or CC is it's much more easier compared to wire transfer.
Also the wire transfer charged a big amount on Fees.So on the other hand,I also afraid of fraud as well.I think paypal is fair enough.I bought many items from USA via paypal and never having any problems.in other word,I get used to with the process.
Just don't get me wrong on my posting.

I know MANY people who rip US suppliers thru fraud paypal. So, as a victim, I am kind of sensitive, sorry. I would never ever send anything without a proper wire transfer, also, if you ask for a proforma invoice from the dealer, then do the wire transfer, everything will be legal and there would be nothing to worry about. If the dealer refuses to send the items even after wiring the money, you'll have legal documents in your hands and it will take 2-3 days to solve the issue and get your money back. easy. worth the swift costs..

I would talk to Sara at L.A Dismantler about the wire vs. PayPal. They have always taken in the past? Very reputable and probably the largest.

I would be suspicious of wire transfers also unless I really knew who I was dealing with. Maybe post the companies name and hopefully some 6speeders have dealt with him and can confirm he is legit. Still no guarantees but it may make you more comfortable if he insists on wire transfer. What about credit card?
